Deborah Sheldon brings over 15 years of experience supporting law firms and legal service organizations across the country, with a specialized focus on client intake, operational efficiency, and relationship development.

As the owner and operator of a successful legal consulting and marketing firm for more than 12 years, Deborah has worked closely with attorneys in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal Defense, and Employment law. Her firm has helped streamline intake processes, improve client engagement, and support the growth of law practices through effective communication strategies and operational support.

Prior to launching her own business, Deborah managed call center operations for Walker Advertising, where she oversaw high-volume legal intake programs and developed a strong foundation in client communication, team leadership, and performance management.

Today, Deborah serves as a Relationship Coordinator for AFG Settlement Planning and Adair Financial Services. In this role, she works closely with attorneys and referral partners to help introduce AFG’s settlement planning services, facilitate meaningful connections, and support the development of long-term professional relationships. Deborah plays a key role in expanding AFG’s network by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing partnerships, and ensuring attorneys have access to the resources and support needed to better serve their clients.

Her ability to connect with legal professionals, understand their practice needs, and foster trust-based relationships makes her an integral part of AFG’s continued growth and commitment to client-focused settlement planning.
